Each participant must visit the Ecotrend booth at any time during CHFA Vancouver 2025 to claim their passport. To participate, each person must collect 20 stickers by visiting each of Ecotrend's partner brand booths.

Once all stickers are collected, the participant must register on the Ecotrend Passport landing page and upload a selfie that includes the passport and the person.

Note: Passports are available in limited units, so get yours while supplies last.

The winner will be announced on April 30, 2025, via our social media channels.

• 1st Place: A round-trip flight for one person to the next CHFA event in 2025 in Toronto. Or, if the person is from Vancouver, a round-trip flight for one person to the next CHFA event in 2026 in Vancouver.
  
• 2nd Place: A basket of products from Ecotrend's partner brands.
  
• 3rd Place: A $250 CAD gift card to be redeemed on the Ecotrend website.

By uploading your photo to the Ecotrend platform, you acknowledge and agree that Ecotrend will have the right to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.

In accordance with Canadian laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), your photo will be treated as your personal information. By submitting it, you are granting Ecotrend a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and publish the image for marketing purposes only. Ecotrend will not use your image for any purpose outside of marketing, nor will we sell or share it with third parties unrelated to our promotional activities.
