Team Support

Our sales account managers, located in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Martimes and Quebec, possesses extensive experience in the natural health and healthcare industries. The largest on-the-ground sales team in Canada, the Ecotrend sales team includes a Registered Holistic Nutritionist; Clinical Herbalist; Certified Nutritionist Practitioner; Registered Nutritional Consultant; Registered Acupuncturist and Homeopath, and a Reiki and Registered Nutritional Product Advisor. Our sales team is available to arrange social events, ride along schedules, store trainings and many other hands-on services.

In our main offices, we offer marketing and digital marketing support to our accounts and vendors with a team of 4 full-time skilled individuals. The marketing team produces a quarterly newsletter for our retail and pro accounts, featuring new vendors and lines, or showcasing our current vendors. We produce the newsletter at no cost to our featured vendors, and offer it as a complimentary service to our accounts. We also produce full product catalogues for retail and professional lines twice annually. Our newsletters and catalogues are prined with sustainable agri-waste sugar sheet, FSC certified, and printed with vegetable ink.

Our office also includes an in-house Quality Assurance representative, Director of Sales, Director of Vendor Services and New Vendor Onboarding, as well as our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service department, which offers extended hours and live telephone support. We provide monthly detailed sales reports, and support personnel to coordinate and implement demos and co-op ads.

Training

Ecotrend supports teleconference training prior to product launches with supplier and reps; ongoing training sessions are conducted monthly with various suppliers via Zoom online video conferencing.
